Dobcroft Road

The refurbishment comprised the construction of new side and front extensions, along with a loft conversion, to substantially increase the overall floor area and improve the functionality of the property. These works allowed for the creation of additional, well-proportioned living and accommodation spaces, carefully integrated with the existing structure. In addition, a full house refurbishment was undertaken, with all internal areas comprehensively upgraded to a high standard. This included new wall, floor, and ceiling finishes throughout, modernised services, and a cohesive internal design approach to ensure the extended and converted spaces blended seamlessly with the original house.
