The refurbishment comprised the construction of new rear and side extensions to enhance the existing property and create a larger, open-plan living and kitchen area, together with a separate utility room to improve day-to-day functionality. The new extensions were carefully designed to integrate with the original building while maximising natural light and improving internal flow. As part of the works, underfloor heating was installed throughout the newly formed spaces, providing an efficient and unobtrusive heating solution and ensuring a high level of comfort within the extended living areas.
