The refurbishment included the construction of new side, rear, and garage extensions, designed to integrate seamlessly with the existing property through the use of matching reclaimed stone, render, zinc detailing, and cedar cladding. These carefully selected materials ensured a cohesive appearance while introducing a contemporary architectural character. In addition to the extensions, a full house refurbishment was carried out, with all internal areas comprehensively upgraded. The works included the installation of wet underfloor heating throughout to improve comfort and energy efficiency, alongside new wall and floor tiling and a complete renewal of all internal finishes, resulting in a high-quality, unified interior throughout the property.
