The refurbishment involved a comprehensive full house renovation of a period property, including the construction of new side and rear extensions to enhance the overall layout while respecting the character of the original building. Internally, selected load-bearing walls were carefully removed and structurally reconfigured to improve circulation and create more generous, connected living spaces. Wet underfloor heating was installed throughout to provide an efficient and discreet heating solution compatible with the upgraded layout. All internal areas were fully refurbished and finished to a high standard, including the installation of new floor coverings, detailed coving, and the careful restoration and retention of original period features, ensuring the character and architectural integrity of the property were preserved while delivering a modernised and comfortable home.
