The proposed refurbishment comprised a comprehensive transformation of the existing property, including new front, side, and rear extensions designed to enhance both the internal layout and overall footprint of the house. Internally, selected load-bearing walls were carefully removed and structurally reconfigured to create more open, functional living spaces, supported by appropriate structural interventions. The works also included a full house refurbishment, with all internal areas upgraded to a high standard of finish throughout. This encompassed new floor, wall, and ceiling finishes, updated services, and a complete reconfiguration and fit-out of three bathrooms, providing modern, high-quality facilities integrated seamlessly into the renewed layout.
